Cancellation Policy

ProSite Power Sessions are scheduled on a first- come first-serve basis. Appointments are limited to the allowed number of sessions allowed on your plan. Appointments must be scheduled within at least 24 hours to ensure and may be denied and re-scheduled depending on availability. Sessions are scheduled for one hour, if we are unable to complete your needs within this timeframe you may need to schedule another session. If the schedule permits, you may be able to use that second appointment consecutively and it will count towards your plan's allotment.
